Tyre Machine Power Supply
One of the most versatile aspects of the SICE S41 Tyre Changer is the various power supply that can be selected to best suit your specifications. The SICE machine can be supplied in the following specifications;

12v Tyre Changer
Pneumatic Tyre Changer (Air operated)

This gives a wide scope of uses for this SICE 22” machine. Pneumatic Tyre Changers are popular on mobile fitting vans, as are the 12 v versions. There is also the possibility of having a 240v machine within a mobile fitting van, running through an inverter. In this case, the tyre changer can be used in both a mobile tyre fitting van and also within a work shop on a standard 240v supply.

This can be beneficial if you are unsure which style of tyre fitting you wish to favour in your business.


Double stage Bead breaker
The Bead Breaker on the SICE S41 22” Tyre Fitting machine is a double stage bead breaker making the breaking of the tyre bead more effective. A massive 15,000 Nm of force is packed into the special double stage cylinder giving you all the power you need to break the toughest tyres.

Compact swing arm tyre machine design
The SICE S41 Semi-Automatic tyre changer is one of the best tyre changers you can buy where space is limited. There is no tilt back arm so there is no need for extra room to be left behind the machine, what would be dead space. With a small foot print but solid build the mounting head of the Tyre Changer swings away to the right hand side. The diameter of the tyre you are working on is set by a threaded wheel, giving you the accurate position for the mounting head.

To adjust the vertical height of the mounding head, simply slide the head down to the required position and then use the single stage locking lever to hold the head firmly in place. This operation is so simple that tyre changing becomes a simple operation, which can be completed quickly.

Traditional inflation or GP inflation
Traditional inflation is supplied with all machines as standard, along with plastic inserts for the mounting head, a tyre lever and mounting paste brush. There is the option to have the SICE S41 22” Semi-Automatic tyre changer fitted with the GP inflation system. The GP Inflation system provides a fast inflation / bead seating option.

An air storage vessel on the back of the machine is connected through the machine to the clamping jaws which have small holes next to the jaw itself. When activated, the pressurized air from the vessel is forced through the holes, into the tyre cavity, seating the tyre. This process is very much the same as using a bead seating tool like a cheetah. Imagine fitting a tyre that you then can’t seat. By having the GP inflation system, with one quick action, you can seat the tyre there and then on the machine saving you time and effort.
