Delivery Services

Auto4 Ltd mainly uses FedEx for parcel deliveries to ensure fast and reliable service across the UK.

 

Delivery Charges

  • Orders under £100 (excluding VAT) are subject to a £7.50 carriage charge.
  • Delivery charges for larger, heavier, or specialist items may vary and will be confirmed at the time of ordering.
     

Delivery Times

Delivery dates and times provided by Auto4 Ltd are estimates only and are given in good faith. While we always aim to dispatch and deliver orders promptly, we cannot guarantee exact delivery dates or times.

Unless expressly agreed by Auto4 Ltd in writing, delivery times shall not be considered essential to the contract.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all necessary arrangements are in place to accept delivery when goods are tendered for delivery.

 

Split Deliveries

Where goods are supplied in instalments, each delivery shall constitute a separate contract. Any delay or issue affecting one instalment shall not entitle the Customer to cancel or treat the entire contract as terminated.

 

Failed Deliveries

If delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect address details, failure to accept delivery, or inability to access the premises, additional delivery charges may apply for re-delivery.

 

Damaged or Missing Goods

Please inspect all deliveries upon arrival. Any damaged, missing, or incorrect items should be reported to Auto4 Ltd as soon as possible after delivery.
