Leverless and Contactless Tyre Fitting machine
Leverless technology is the current buzz word in the tyre fitting environment among professionals. Instead of using a tyre lever to manipulate the bead over the mounting head, the machine does it for you. Alongside the mounting head is a bead tool which inserts between the tyre and the rim, then retracts taking the bead up to the mounting head. The great advantage of this is prevention of damage to both wheel and tyre. This is the ultimate tyre removal tool.
Not only is the machine Leverless but thanks to a patented 3 way tool, it is contactless too. The tool breaks the bead on the machine rather than at the side and the other two tool attachments work the bead for mount or de-mount. There is no need for any operator interaction directly with the tyre.
Before activating any of the tools it’s important to know they are in the right position. The S300 Tyre Fitting machine has an in built laser guidance system to ensure that the tools are always placed accurately before you begin. It takes the guess work and hard work out of tyre removal.
Large capacity tyre fitting machine
The SICE S300 Tyre Fitting machine offers a huge clamping range and wheel width accommodation. This gives you the ability to do anything you are likely to see on the UK roads. Additionally you are future proofing your business as aftermarket wheels continue to grow in size.
The SICE S300 tyre fitting machine can handle rims from 12” to 24” thanks the centre post tyre changer design. The wheel is clamped through the centre hole (Adaptors available for blind centre wheel) and locked in place pneumatically using the patented pneumatic rim clamping system with pressure multiplier. There are no clamping jaws or table.
The spindle mounting design on the S300 also enables the tyre changer to accommodate wheels that have a large width. Able to cope with rim widths up to 16.5” this machine will handle rims 2.5” / 3” larger than a standard table machine.
3 way revolver tool
The three way tool can be revolved manually to carry out several different parts of the tyre fitting process. “REVOLVER” three-in-one tool: combines tools for all processes in a single device (patented).
•Clamping with cones by means of pneumatic system with pressure multiplier (patented).
•Hydraulically piloted demounting tool, assisted by the lower bead breaking disc, reduces stress on the tyre and simplifies the process.
•Quick, safe mounting system, even for Run-Flat tyres, assisted by the pneumatic lateral bead presser.
SICE S300M Computer aided Tyre Fitting Machine
There is also an option on the SICE S300 tyre fitting machine to have a computer aided model. The S300M includes a small computer which allows anyone to review the instruction manual or operating video. The other benefits of the S300M computer aided model are available in 3 different configurations;
Three configurations are available that contain packages with different applications.
S 300 M - The standard package is made up of:
-7” LCD touch screen monitor which allows the instructions manual to be displayed as well as the use video and, thanks to the matching camera, allows the work operations to be displayed on the screen during bottom bead breaking and demounting of the second bead.
-TPMS device which supports tyre pressure sensor service and control functions.
-Device to measure the tread thickness with indication of the minimum legal measurement tolerance.
S300 M PLUS
- In addition to the standard package contains a probe for tyre temperature which, providing this check, allows prevention of mounting or demounting which could damage the bead.
S300 M TOP
- In addition to the PLUS package, also contains an electronic deflate process, indispensable for optimising the work cycles
